Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Lullam. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we’ll help you find a solution.

30-day return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened where hygiene or safety seals apply, with all original packaging, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Because our products are intended for babies and may include feeding, sleep, hygiene, or baby care items, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at:

support@lullam.com

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • the email address used for the order;
  • the item you would like to return;
  • the reason for your return;
  • photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved because of a defect, damage, or a wrong item, Lullam will cover the return shipping costs or provide another suitable solution.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label where relevant. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, used, or unsealed, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

This may include:

  • baby bottles;
  • nipples, teats, and feeding accessories;
  • pacifiers;
  • sleep products that have been used;
  • personal care or hygiene-related baby products;
  • digital products or downloadable guides;
  • gift cards.

Sale items may be final sale unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened where hygiene or safety seals apply, with all original packaging, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
